We use premium pine as our standard timber for all beds. It’s sustainably sourced, free from harmful chemicals, and ensures durability and safety for your child.

2. Are the beds really chemical-free?
Yes, all our beds are 100% chemical-free. We prioritise the safety and well-being of your child by using natural, untreated timber.

 

3. How do I place an order?
Once we’ve confirmed the design, a 50% deposit is required to secure your build. This allows us to begin crafting your bed.

 

4. How long does it take to build a bed?
Our beds are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Typically, it takes up to 14 days from deposit to complete the build, depending on our current workload.

5. Do you offer delivery and assembly?
Yes, we provide free delivery and assembly services within the Perth metropolitan area. This ensures your bed is set up correctly and ready for use.

6. Do your beds require assembly?
Our beds are designed with minimal screws, and wherever possible, we hide them for a clean, seamless look. If you're in the Perth metro area, we’ll handle the assembly for you.

7. Do you use packaging or plastic?
We are committed to being environmentally responsible, so we don’t use any packaging or plastic. Our beds are delivered as is, reducing waste and minimising our environmental impact.

8. What if I need a custom design?
We love working with parents to create custom designs! Get in touch to discuss your ideas, and we’ll see how we can bring your vision to life.

9. What happens if I can't collect or arrange delivery immediately?
We understand life can get busy. However, if delivery or collection is not arranged within one month of your bed’s completion, storage fees may apply.

10. What’s your refund and cancellation policy?
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order before production starts, we offer a full refund. Once production has begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
